We are officially one week away from Autodesk University 2019! As you prepare to tackle 4+ days of learning, networking and innovation, you might wonder how you can fit it all into your schedule. Here are a few are a few tips to make the most of your AU experience:
Target classes to take your career to the next level
AU offers north of 700 classes through the 4 days of the conference. Be diligent in your research and choices when it comes to classes to focus on taking your career to the next level.
Don’t sleep on the chance to get certified
Do you think you have what it takes to be a Revit Architecture expert? Every full conference registration pass for AU comes with a free certification exam session to see if you have what it takes to be a certified expert!
The AU Theatre
Digital transformation is a focal point for many organizations as technology is changing rapidly. Take the opportunity to absorb what’s new and what’s coming in technology in the AU Theatre. Learn from industry experts with real-world experience on taking your skills to the next level.
The Keynotes are a Requirement, not an option!
Without a doubt, the main stage is where most of the magic happens at AU. Each day, you won’t want to miss the big ideas, big announcements and showcases of how technology is impacting the AEC space at the keynote sessions. Be sure to get them in your schedule and arrive early – they fill up quickly!
At this year’s conference, you will find hundreds of vendors bringing you the opportunity to absorb more than just classroom learning. The Expo is packed with companies showcasing the newest in technologies and tools to help you accelerate your expertise. If you have been tasked with coming back with new and fresh ideas, The Expo is exactly where you need to be!
Let’s be real, the days at AU get very long. At the end of the day, all you really want to do it grab a bite to eat and a drink and have a good conversation with like-minded individuals. Lucky for you, AU offers receptions Monday – Thursday to help you unwind from the day.
5K Fun Run & Sunrise Yoga
In addition to unwinding at the end of the day, there are organized meetups to help you start your day off on the right note. Don’t miss the AU 5K and Fun Run on Tuesday morning or Sunrise Yoga on Wednesday morning!
Pro Tip: Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and Chapstick – you will need both!
Stop by to see me at booth AE412 at The Expo – I hope to see you in Vegas!
